  • Ariana Dichiara, Psy.D

    Dr. Dichiara specializes in evidence-based therapies that address a range of concerns, including trauma as well as with comorbid mental and physical health conditions. Dr. Dichiara received a master’s in clinical psychology from Columbia University and an additional masters and her doctoral degree at Kean University. She received specialized training in working with those who have had traumatic experiences, as well as those with OCD and perfectionism (OCPD). Dr. Dichiara also has experience working with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, emotion regulation, and chronic medical conditions. She has considerable experience working with a broad range of treatment modalities such as ACT, DBT, CPT, CBT, MI, MBT, as well as other evidence-based practices. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Dichiara engages in research which aims to understand and improve clinical outcomes through addressing barriers to treatment and developing novel psychotherapeutic interventions.
